About
My research interests pertain to New Kingdom Egypt. I am most interested in the Amarna Period, it's art; religion; and gender roles displayed in relief, such as the presence and activities of Nefertiti and the princesses in religious and political scenes.
My thesis is titled: The Sun Queen's Trademark: A Study of the Tall Blue Crown of Queen Nefertiti.
Due to my past work in Cyprus, I am also interested in Alashiya's trade interaction with Egypt during the 18th dynasty.
